Morris and Co director, Desirie Lea, said: “This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for us to fully join forces with DJH Mitten Clarke and become the Chester office for the Group. We have managed to achieve great things together in the last two years, and we feel like now is the right time to build on our partnership.
“Taking on the DJH Mitten Clarke name will further strengthen our infrastructure, allowing us to fully align our technology, systems and processes. It will also provide our clients with direct access to in-house specialist advice including tax advisory, capital allowances, R&D and commercial funding. Ultimately, enhancing the service that we offer.”
Lea will continue to lead the team based at Cheshire Oaks Business Park, alongside fellow director, Chris Shaw.
CEO Scott Heath, who leads the 275 plus DJH Mitten Clarke team added: “We have seen tremendous growth over the last 12 months, and I’m thrilled that Morris and Co will further support us to achieve our ambitious goals for 2023 and beyond.
