Buzzacott advises Gravita on two acquisitions

Buzzacott has announced that it has advised Gravita on the acquisitions of Carter Backer Winter (CBW) and Davis Grant.

Gravita has completed these transactions with the backing of Tenzing, its third and fourth acquisitions backed by Tenzing.

CBW is an accounting firm based in London’s City, built on a foundation of personalised, hands-on service and long-standing relationships.

Davis Grant specialises in delivering accounting services to SMEs with a focus in the technology industry. It was established in 1949 and is located in Ilford, Essex.

Gravita is an accounting and advisory firm that provides a comprehensive range of services, including audit, tax, and business advice, and is committed to leveraging technology to enhance its offerings.
