Quantuma has served as lead financial adviser on the merger of engineering consultancies Drumacross Limited and Croftstone Management Limited.

Drumacross completed the acquisition of Croftstone on 6 February 2026 in a non-cash transaction.

The combined business will operate under the Drumacross name. The transaction integrates the technical expertise of both firms across the quantity surveying, commercial management, and project management sectors. The Quantuma team was led by Scott Peters and Finlay McLoskey.

Croftstone received additional advisory services from Paul Bennett at Ansons Law and Deborah Spence at the CFO Centre. Drumacross was advised by Andrew Glaze and Mat Harvey at TLT.

Scott Peters, managing director at Quantuma, added: “This transaction brings together two businesses with complementary strengths and leadership teams, providing a platform for long-term growth.

“It has been a pleasure working with Tony, Conall and their teams to help structure and deliver a solution that supports their strategic objectives.”
