Shaw Gibbs has appointed Emma Coughlan as VAT partner, strengthening its tax advisory practice.
Coughlan joins with more than 17 years’ experience in indirect tax, having held senior roles at Deloitte and EY.
Her expertise spans professional practices, retail and land and property, and she has built a reputation for delivering pragmatic advice across a broad client base.
Her appointment forms part of Shaw Gibbs’ continued investment in senior talent to support its growth strategy.
In her new role, Coughlan will explore opportunities to expand the VAT team as the firm prepares for its next phase of growth.
