Bishop Fleming relocated its Exeter office to a new address at Brook House, Winslade Park, earlier this April as part of its “ambitious” growth strategy, which aims to double business size and enhance operational efficiencies.

With a network of nine offices spanning from Birmingham to Truro, the new Exeter office will become the second-largest in the firm’s footprint.

It comes as Bishop Fleming saw its rolling 12-month fee income exceed £50m, showing that the total sum has doubled in the last five years.

The firm, which comprises 43 partners and over 500 professionals, plans to expand its workforce in the coming years, with many new roles based in the Exeter office.

James Finnegan, partner and Exeter office lead at Bishop Fleming, said: “We are thrilled to relocate to a modern, dynamic space that will better support our clients and our growing team. Stratus House was home to many successes and great memories, and I want to thank everyone who contributed to our journey.

“Our move to Winslade Park marks an exciting new chapter, offering fresh opportunities and a fantastic working environment. This transition reinforces our commitment to exceptional client service and creating a great place to work.”

Andrew Sandiford, managing partner of Bishop Fleming, added: “Relocating to Winslade Park is another significant step in our ambitious growth strategy, particularly in the Devon region. This new space will provide a state-of-the-art working environment, helping us attract top talent and continue delivering outstanding professional services to our clients.”

The firm recently added a Birmingham office to its footprint in January and has now outgrown its Bristol office at 10 Templeback – its largest location since 2021 – and is set to expand further in May 2025 by acquiring additional space on an adjacent floor.
