76% of UK financial services chiefs plan to raise office attendance

More than three quarters (76%) of financial services leaders across the UK are planning to increase office attendance in the next 12 months, according to new research from KPMG UK.Its survey found that more than a third (37%) of those planning to increase attendance will expect employees to be in the office at least four days a week, in a bid to boost in-person collaboration and “see the competitive advantage of hybrid working”.
