Consilium Chartered Accountants has announced that Rachel Hendry has joined the firm’s tax team from MHA.

As a chartered tax advisor, Hendry brings with her specialist experience in advisory and compliance services for personal tax clients. She joins Consilium’s expanding personal tax team, led by director Joyce Fleming and supported by partner Craig Coyle. 

She will manage a portfolio of private tax clients and junior team members, as well as supporting trainees pursuing tax qualifications.

Regarding her appointment, Hendry said: “I’m delighted to join Consilium Chartered Accountants. Their ethos and attitude to teamwork closely matches my own. The firm values work-life balance and takes pride in celebrating employees’ activities and achievements beyond the workplace. 

“I’m looking forward to working with the Consilium team as we continue to deliver excellent services for existing and new clients.”

Fleming added: “We’re really pleased to bring Rachel into the team. She will play a vital role in looking after our growing portfolio of Personal Tax clients and is a great addition for the future.”
