Randall and Payne has advised on the sale of MG Scaffolding to RSK Group for an undisclosed sum.
The firm worked on the deal in partnership with Sherborne’s Solicitors which was completed in July 2022.
Randall and Payne worked on a “comprehensive” Information Memorandum which set out potential opportunities for buyers.
MG identified RSK as the buyer who had the resources and appetite to take MG Scaffolding to the next level, whilst keeping the firm’s ethos, culture, name and brand.

MG was incorporated in 2002 and originally operated the business from one wagon covering Cheltenham.
Over time the firm opened two more branches, one in Oxford in 2012 and one Birmingham in 2018.
