HWB appoints new managing director
HWB is celebrating its 38th year in business this year
Hampshire-based firm HWB has announced Tracy Jenkins as its new managing director.
Jenkins takes up the role after being promoted from her role as operations director.
She takes over from Geoff Rhodes who had been with HWB since it was established in 1985 until his retirement at the end of last year.
In her previous role Jenkins worked closely with Rhodes and according to HWB was the “natural replacement” for him.
Jenkins said: “It will be a pleasure to manage the firm and an honour to be asked to step into Geoff’s not inconsiderable shoes. I certainly won’t be resting on my laurels as we continue to drive ahead.We have achieved steady growth over the years which would not have been possible without the loyalty and support of all our clients and the dedication of our team members.
“I am looking forward to supporting the Director team to foster the firm’s further growth by continuing the focus on outstanding client service.I also want to provide professional fulfilment and personal growth opportunities for our exceptionally talented team members.”
She added: “We are all excited to build on the existing relationships in offering quality services to our clients for many years to come.It is very much business as usual – the transition I hope has been seamless.”
