Menzies has advised the senior management team of BTTC Infrastructure Ltd (BTTC) on a management buy out for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2016, BTTC is an infrastructure project consultancy with over 50 full time consultants working on projects in the UK and Canada. Over the years, the team has established a track record of delivery of local, national and international infrastructure projects totalling billions of pounds.

Commenting on the deal, Kevin Paget, corporate finance director at Menzies LLP, said: “Menzies are delighted to have been part of the successful transition of the business to the BTTC management team. The team at Menzies wish the new management team every success as they take the company into its next chapter.”

Sam Havill, director at BTTC said: “Our sincere thanks go out to Kevin Paget and James Kidd and everyone at Menzies for their support over recent months on what was a challenging but very worthwhile process and to Simon Wilson and his team at Spencer West for guiding us expertly through the legal process.”
