MHA names new member of its HR solutions team

Crampton-Thomas will be supporting clients with the implementation of legally compliant HR policies, drafting employment documentation

MHA Macintyre Hudson has announced that Caroline Crampton-Thomas has joined MHA in its HR Solutions team as employment law advisory manager.

It revealed Crampton-Thomas will be based in the firm’s London head office and working throughout the London and south region.

Crampton-Thomas has worked in legal practice for several top 100 legal firms and also has experience of working in the public sector, representing a broad range of clients in relation to employment disputes, including discrimination, TUPE, Whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims, and representing clients in the employment eribunals through to the court of appeal.

Over the last 15 years, MHA said Crampton-Thomas has been employed as an employment law and human resources consultant, supporting SME businesses, advising across a wide range of employee relations matters including effecting changes to terms and conditions of employment, TUPE, restructures and reorganisations, collective redundancies, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination.

As part of the MHA’s HR solutions team, Crampton-Thomas will be supporting clients with the implementation of legally compliant HR policies, drafting employment documentation, including executive and director service agreements, and consultancy agreements; delivering training to managers and business owners covering a “broad range” of HR related topics.

The firm added that Crampton-Thomas can also provide dedicated consultancy support at grievance and disciplinary hearings, coach managers and decision makers, and facilitate meeting discussions.
