In addition, Paula Fraser joined the group as tax partner in the Edinburgh office.

Green leads AAB’s Energy Team, working with clients on a variety of areas including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fundraising and consulting. He works alongside all the business units across the AAB group and he also leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) activities for the group.

Additionally, McIlroy heads up the Virtual Finance Function (VFF) team at the firm, a financial solution which ranges from providing support to internal finance teams to delivering the entire finance function.

Christiansen also leads AAB’s UK and Global Payroll offering, with the team dedicated to helping businesses navigate the complex requirements of payroll, both nationally and internationally.

Meanwhile, Hunt is a “key” leadership team member in Leeds, and in the business advisory and VFF team. He is experienced in leading audits for a variety of businesses, ranging from law firms and manufacturing companies to larger international groups. He also heads up the industrial sector team.

Fraser also has experience working with high-net-worth families, private clients and entrepreneurs, having held senior positions in Big Four and mid-tier firms over the last 25 years. She specialises in providing a holistic advisory service dedicated to protecting and maximising personal and family wealth.

Graeme Allan, AAB chief executive, said: “The constant drive and focus on building and investing in our team is a fundamental part of our culture. These partner appointments not only demonstrate the depth of talent being developed across the group, but also our ability to attract top talent to our business.

“Each of our new partners will play a key role in developing their own areas of expertise, as well as supporting the delivery of the group’s growth strategy. As a leadership team, we will continue to develop our portfolio of tech-enabled services to meet the changing needs of our clients across the UK and globally.”
