ReSolve has announced the appointment of Andrew Pepper as a new partner to the practice. 

Pepper has over three  decades of experience in high-level roles across the restructuring and turnaround sector,  including within the partnerships of BDO and Kroll Zolfo Cooper, and at Hilco Capital. 

In his new role, his focus will be on preserving and increasing enterprise value on behalf of ReSolve’s clients in a variety of enterprising and innovative ways”, bringing with him his extensive experience in  previous roles as advisor, chairman, investor and lender.  

Pepper has recently been the CEO at a UK family office. He has also acted as chief restructuring officer for several large businesses. In addition, he recently held  the role of president of the Turnaround Management Association, a 10,000-member global organisation that focuses on corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health.  

Pepper said: “After several years working directly with a large and diverse mix of UK  enterprises, I am pleased to be joining ReSolve and focusing my efforts towards the wide  range of mid-market businesses which form the backbone of the UK economy. I look forward  to working with the highly skilled team at ReSolve to achieve the best possible outcomes for  our clients.”
