A trio of strategic appointments have been announced by DJH Mitten Clarke with Andrew Johnson joining as integration manager, Gavin Ball as compliance and quality director and Richard Crook as mergers and acquisitions director.

In the last 12 months, the group has acquired Chester’s Morris and Co, Manchester’s Lloyd Piggott and Walsall’s Bakers, plus specialist dental broker, Senovo Health.

Scott Heath, group managing director, said: “The three new Group appointments have been made as we recognised the need to grow our infrastructure to support our recent expansion and to ensure we’re set up and ready to achieve our future growth plans.Richard, Andrew and Gavin bring with them many years of experience and knowledge.

“We’re delighted to have them on board and their appointments strengthen our already experienced team here at DJH Mitten Clarke. We have big plans for the future as we look to create as many opportunities as possible for our ever-growing team and these newly created roles will support us in achieving our ambitions.”
