Crowe has announced a series of appointments, including four partnership promotions and two new partner hires.

Graeme Jefford becomes a partner in the pension funds team. He has worked at Crowe for more than a decade on a varied client portfolio, from defined benefit, defined contribution and hybrid pension schemes to common investment funds and master trusts.

Andrew Hawley has been promoted to partner in the corporate tax team. He has more than 18 years’ tax experience and his interest and ongoing focus is on supporting large and international corporates; advising them on many aspects of their corporate tax affairs in both advisory and compliance.

Tony White will become partner, chief people officer. He came to Crowe in 2016 to implement a strategic people plan as a foundation for the firm’s growth, encompassing HR, recruitment and internal learning and development initiatives.

Stephen Adshead has been promoted to partner, general counsel, after joining Crowe in 2017 as its first general counsel.

Meanwhile, Trevor Ling and Nick Jones have been appointed as partners in the corporate tax team and corporate audit team respectively.

Nigel Bostock, chief executive of Crowe, said: “Graeme, Andrew, Tony and Stephen have been great assets to their teams, helping our firm deliver growth in a tough economic environment with revenues of over £100 million for the first time last year. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their contribution and welcome them to the partnership.

“It gives me great pleasure to welcome Trevor and Nick to the firm at the same time. They join with strong reputations in the market and it is fantastic to be able to call such experienced professionals with diverse careers our colleagues. I am confident that they will help their teams go from strength to strength.”
