WR Partners has announced the appointment of Jenna Tarry to the firm’s advisory team as a HR consultant.
The group’s advisory team combines business, tax, and HR support to deliver a “fully rounded service” to the firm’s clients.

Tarry brings with her many years of experience in HR, working with businesses across a wide range of industries including agriculture, manufacturing and hospitality.

She will be available to provide support, advice, and guidance to the firm’s clients across a broad range of human resources issues.

Paul Brown, who leads the firm’s advisory team, said: “We are delighted to bring Jenna into the team at what is an exciting time for WR Partners’ advisory offering.

“HR Consultancy has links to many of the other services we provide, and by offering existing and new clients the opportunity of linking our HR, payroll and tax services in a truly joined up package, we look forward to adding even more value to their businesses.”

Commenting on her appointment, Tarry explained that the Covid-19 pandemic has raised many “complex” HR issues for businesses who often do not have the “time or experience” to deal with them.

She said: “By providing businesses with a solution to these issues we allow them the time to focus on thriving in a post pandemic world. Beyond Covid, as the economy recovers and businesses look to the future, securing a highly skilled, motivated, and engaged workforce is going to be key to success.

“Our Advisory offering brings together all of the key skills that will enable us to work with both current and new clients, allowing them the freedom to achieve their business goals.”
