Garbutt + Elliott strengthen tax team with new partner

Yorkshire-based accountancy firm, Garbutt and Elliott, has appointed Becky Maguire as its new business tax partner as she leads a team of eight business tax specialists.

Garbutt and Elliott’s business tax team has delivered significant growth and is on target this year to have grown its fee income by 50% since 2016. The appointment of a new tax partner is part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to provide its clients with the “best expert advice, exceptional service and real added value”.

Maguire joins Garbutt and Elliott after nearly 20 years with PwC where she led the delivery of tax services to businesses ranging from owner managed to the largest listed companies throughout the region.
