MSI Global Alliance has appointed Pauline Javani as interim chief executive, with the long-serving member development director set to lead the international association through its latest leadership transition.
Javani will take up the role on 1 July 2026 after almost four years as director of member development for the Asia Pacific region, where she has overseen member engagement, collaboration and growth across the network.
The appointment follows changes within the association’s leadership team. MSI Global Alliance said Javani’s knowledge of the organisation and its strategic priorities would help ensure continuity while the Secretariat continues to support members, deliver planned events and progress existing projects.
Jeremy Beard, board director of MSI Global Alliance, said: "Pauline knows our members and our association very well, and the Board has every confidence in her abilities to lead MSI through this period. Our priority is continuity, and members can expect the same level of support, collaboration, and opportunity they have always had from MSI. We look forward to working closely with Pauline in the months ahead."
