Interpath has advised UK-based digital signage software provider, Signagelive, on its sale to Switzerland-headquartered Navori Labs.
The deal brings together two digital signage firms and creates what the parties claim is the world’s largest independent, channel-only content management platform provider by installed base.
Signagelive supports customers globally across sectors including quick service restaurants, corporate communications and retail. The acquisition is backed by Maguar Capital.
The Interpath deal team included managing directors Heath Snyder and Gareth Davies, associate director Jay Kainth and senior associate Lucy Tarran.
Snyder said: “This transaction brings together two highly complementary organisations and gives the team at Signagelive a remarkable opportunity to further expand the reach of its software.”
Davies, who leads Interpath’s technology, media and telecommunications team, said: “We continue to see strong M&A appetite for high-quality SaaS businesses, particularly those with a clear leadership position in fast-evolving verticals. Content management and digital signage software are highly active segments, with significant runway for growth as businesses seek increasingly dynamic and scalable engagement solutions.”
Kainth added that the acquisition “provides a great home for the Signagelive management team”, with a chance to advance “the next generation of digital signage software solutions” within the group.
Signagelive chief executive Jason Cremins described the sale as a “catalyst for transformation” that would benefit staff, partners and customers.
Cremins said: “The Interpath M&A team was outstanding throughout our sale to the Maguar-backed Navori. They gave clear, trusted advice to us as shareholders and management at every stage.”
