PKF Littlejohn Advisory has been appointed as the liquidator of Welsh property developer Enzo’s Homes.

Partner Stephen Goderski and Oliver Collinger, a director at PKF Littlejohn’s restructuring team, will be acting as the joint liquidators of the property company.

The two PKF Littlejohn professionals will be responsible for managing the sale of a four-acre industrial site in Wales, which is owned by Enzo’s Homes.

Goderski, who expects “significant” interest in the industrial site, said: “The freehold site is currently fully let to three diverse regional tenants. At just over four acres, split across warehouses and modular offices, the site presents a fantastic opportunity.

“Enzo’s Homes traded for nearly thirteen years prior to its liquidation. We will be engaging with all relevant stakeholders to maximise the return to creditors.”
