Crowe advises on second Human Network deal this year

Crowe’s corporate finance team in the Midlands has supported The Human Network, the parent company of independent events agency Identity, on its acquisition of Beyond Business Travel for an undisclosed sum.  

This is the second deal of The Human Network that Crowe has advised on this year. 

Along with associate director Jason Daft, the team has now provided financial due diligence and tax due diligence support to the group. 

Based in Belfast and Dublin, Beyond Business Travel manages all aspects of business travel on one platform, including sourcing, booking, negotiating, tracking travellers’ spending, expense management and visas.

Earlier in July, corporate finance partner Andy Kay and corporate finance director Phoebe Turner advised the directors of The Human Network in its acquisition of The Smyle group of companies, a collection of creative event and content agencies. 

The Human Network has a combined team of more than 250 professionals and a presence in eight countries across EMEA and US.
