PwC UK has announced the promotion of 11 new equity partners – Nick Barlow, Karen Best, Mark Gregory, Craig Fitzpatrick, James Lewin, David Pedler, Tim De-Beger, Alan Hendry, Tom Williams, Laura Morroll and Shamil Ganatra – in its deals practice.
Effective from this month, these promotions are across the lead advisory, restructuring and forensics, transactions and value creation and realisation teams.

Barlow and Best have been admitted as partners in the lead advisory team, who uncover value, implement strategies and deliver solutions, covering the end-to-end deal.
Meanwhile, Gregory, Fitzpatrick and Lewin are now partners in the restructuring and forensics team, which supports businesses through complex financial, operational and strategic challenges across all regions in the UK and investigating and remediating financial crime, managing crisis situations and resolving disputes.
Pedler, De-Beger, Hendry and Williams are partners in the firm’s transactions team, who combine financial, commercial and operational expertise with data-driven insights to create value across all stages of the deal lifecycle.
In addition, the value creation and realisation team have welcomed new partners Laura Morroll and Shamil Ganatra.
As well as the admission of 11 new equity partners to the deals leadership team, UK head of deals, Lucy Stapleton, has been appointed global head of deals for the PwC network.
