Worcestershire-based accountancy firm Ballards LLP has recently unveiled its new office, Elmley House, located at the Oakmoore Court site in Droitwich.
The architectural accomplishment is the result of a collaboration between three companies: Ballards LLP, Architectural Wallsz, and CreativeFolks.
Architectural Wallsz is a specialist in supplying and installing bespoke interiors and its expertise, led by designer Lauren Owen, was instrumental in crafting the building’s interior design.
The new Elmley House offices are now operational and alongside new interiors. Additionally, CreativeFolks, a branding and creative agency, took the lead on the interior branding aspects of Elmley House.
The move comes after the group also recently opened a new Birmingham city centre office.
Mark Skellum, chief financial officer at Ballards LLP, said: “Elmley House is a true representation of our firm’s commitment to excellence and our belief in the power of collaboration. By bringing together the talents of Architectural Wallsz, CreativeFolks, and our own team, we’ve created a modern professional services hub that will serve our clients admirably for years to come.”
Ian Strangward, managing director of Architectural Wallsz, added: “We are thrilled to have been a part of this remarkable project. With Lauren’s exceptional design skills, Elmley House is a testament to the power of collaboration and our team’s unwavering commitment to delivering innovative and visually stunning interior solutions.”
Jon Clough, managing director of CreativeFolks, concluded: “Our goal was to create an environment that not only reflects Ballards’ professionalism and values but also inspires their team and clients alike. Through our close collaboration with Ballards and Architectural Wallsz, we were able to achieve a cohesive and visually stunning interior branding that perfectly complements the building’s design.”
