Dow Schofield Watts (DSW) has announced the relocation of its London office. It has also promoted Phil Hodgson as associate director and appointed Alex Bull and Peter Sexton transaction services executives, and Christopher Dougan as a corporate finance executive.

The move to 44 Maiden Lane, WC2, is due to expanding its team, which now consists of nine members.
Hodgson has been with DSW’s corporate finance team for five years and has been “instrumental” in supporting transaction delivery and business growth.

Meanwhile, Sexton was an assistant manager in audit with Deloitte in Birmingham for over three years, focusing on the automotive, software, and real estate sectors. He has a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham.

Bull, on the other hand, joins from BDO, where he has spent the last three years as an audit trainee in its Consumer Markets division, working on betting and gaming entities. He has a BSc in Economics from the University of Leicester

Lastly, Dougan has joined from PwC, where he was an external auditor with its Asset Wealth Management department, focusing on investment platforms, infrastructure, private equity, and real estate funds.

Dave Graham, partner with DSW, said: “Our relocation within Covent Garden provides the opportunity to expand our operations in the mid-market further and provide better facilities for our growing teams. Phil’s promotion is well deserved, and having Peter, Alex, and Chris join with their excellent mix of skill sets and sector focus is a testament to our expansion plans.”
