North West accountancy firm Williamson and Croft has signed a lease for a new office at Downing’s No.1 Old Hall Street in Liverpool, as it looks to expand its operations.

Having signed a 10-year lease, the strategic expansion marks yet another “significant milestone” for Williamson and Croft as it continues to grow and serve clients in the Liverpool area.

The new office, situated in Liverpool’s financial district, reflects Williamson and Croft’s commitment to growing its presence in the region and will provide sufficient space to accommodate the firm’s growth plans over the coming years.

It said No.1 Old Hall Street will provide an “optimal working environment” for the firm’s staff, fostering collaboration and innovation, and a pleasant and professional environment for holding face-to-face meetings with clients.

The firm will take up 3,500 sq ft of space on the newly refurbished first floor. An additional three Grade A suites will also be provided ranging between 700 sq ft and 825 sq ft.

Damien Loughran, partner at Williamson and Croft, said: “We are thrilled to announce the lease of our new office in Liverpool city centre which is a testament to our firm’s commitment to the region and meeting the evolving needs of our clients. The fantastic location in the city’s commercial district will enhance our visibility in the region and provide a more convenient and central base for our larger team.”
