Evelyn Partners has announced that it has acquired Beaconsfield-based accounting firm Harwood Hutton.
Established in 1957, Harwood Hutton’s 70-strong team provides clients with a range of personal and business tax and accountancy services.
The acquisition of Harwood Hutton continues Evelyn Partners’ strategy of augmenting strong organic growth in its professional services business with selective acquisitions.
Last month, Evelyn Partners announced that it had acquired Creaseys Group, which operates from Tunbridge Wells.
Prior to that, in February the firm acquired Leathers which operates from offices in Newcastle and Harrogate and in April it acquired Cambridge-based firm Ashcroft Partnership.
