Irish accountancy and wealth management firm Quintas has announced it is joining Xeinadin Group, one of the leading professional services groups in the UK and Ireland.

The firm said the move will facilitate both companies’ growth ambitions and help enhance Quintas’ core business advisory services.

Based in Cork, Quintas was established in 2005 and currently has a team of 70. The accountancy and tax firm specialises in corporate finance, banking, debt resolution and insolvency, and mergers and acquisitions for SMEs and owner-managed and family businesses.

Quintas managing partner, Paul O’Connell, said: “Today marks the latest exciting phase in the Quintas journey. As part of our continued ambition, we are joining Xeinadin Group. This move is a platform for new opportunities, further growth for the business and will support the next generations of leaders at Quintas.

“Our clients will benefit from this move through centralised resources, new data-driven technologies, and enhanced core services such as business advisory. Xeinadin shares our vision of delivering the highest standard of business advisory and accountancy services for SMEs and owner-managed businesses across the UK and Ireland. The entire leadership team looks forward to working together to achieve this goal.”

Xeinadin Group CEO, Derry Crowley, added: “We are delighted to welcome Quintas to the Xeinadin Group. We were impressed by the strong reputation and reach of Quintas in Ireland, as well as their ethos and client-focused solutions.

“This move will allow us both to better serve our valued customers, transfer knowledge and increase efficiencies and we look forward to working with them as part of the senior leadership team for Xeinadin Ireland.”

O’Connell concluded: “Leveraging the resources and expertise of both organisations, we are now even better placed to protect and grow the business of our clients. We would like to thank our clients for their continued support and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.”
