Evelyn Partners has announced that following receipt of regulatory approval, it has completed the acquisition of Dart Capital.

Dart is a boutique wealth manager based in the City of London with £750m assets under management and a team of 19 people.

The company was incorporated in 1987 and provides personalised advice and discretionary investment management services.

Its client base includes the partners of leading accountancy and law firms, senior executives, business owners and retirees.

Chris Kenny, head of Investment Management at Evelyn Partners, said: “With the acquisition now complete we are pleased to welcome Dart Capital’s clients and team to Evelyn Partners.

“The combination further strengthens our team in London and the cultural fit is excellent with a shared focus on understanding the needs of our clients and delivering a highly personalised, first-class service.”

Evelyn Partners has £54.9bn of assets under management, as of 30 June 2023, and ranks as the second largest UK wealth manager measured by EBITDA.
