Birmingham-based Claritas Tax has announced that six of the firm’s graduate trainees, Faye Jacklin, Brandon Laroiya-McCarron, Mike Fahy, Roshan Paul, Michael Bell and Aaron Riley, have passed their recent professional exams.
Assistant managers, Jacklin and Laroiya-McCarron, passed their final Chartered Tax Adviser exam, which makes them qualified to be members of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Meanwhile, senior associates, Fahy and Paul, have passed their first Chartered Tax Adviser exam. They are both doing the joint Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser qualification, which means that they are now part qualified with the formal exams to go.
In addition, associates Bell and Riley have passed two of their Chartered Accountancy Professional Level exams.
According to the firm, it is “hugely proud” of the success of its graduates’ journeys, as the professional exams are not easy, “especially whilst working full-time”.
Iain Wright, partner and founder of Claritas, said: “These successes are a fantastic achievement. We are lucky to have such hard-working and ambitious employees here at Claritas.
“These exams are notoriously tough, and it is a credit to their dedication, expanding knowledge, and desire to succeed that they have achieved this result. We are excited for what the future will hold for all of them.”
Matt Hodgson, Manchester partner at Claritas, added: “I am extremely proud of the exceptional achievements attained by our people to date. This success is a culmination of a lot of hard work, resilience, and commitment from all concerned.
“Many thanks to our incredible senior team who have gone above and beyond supporting our young people.
