Moore Kingston Smith, the multi-disciplinary advisory, tax and audit firm, has expanded its leadership team with a number of partner and director promotions.

The partner promotions include Amar Shah, a general practice partner based at the Heathrow office, with expertise spanning audit, tax and strategic advisory. He works with owner-managed businesses and large groups, including private equity-backed businesses, in industries such as property, construction, retail, manufacturing, professional services and the film and music sectors.

John Williams, partner in the Employment Tax Services team in the City office, advises start-ups, public sector organisations and large corporates on compliance and advisory matters. His focus is navigating employment tax and global mobility implications, as well as supporting businesses in attracting and retaining key talent.

Meanwhile, Maverall Reynolds is a Financial Services partner based in the City office, specialising in statutory audit and audit-related services for regulated and non-regulated entities primarily in the financial services space. He oversees audits for a broad range of clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing complex regulatory requirements.

Rob Kersse is a general practice partner in the West End office. He brings extensive experience across diverse sectors, including media, marketing services, professional firms and technology. Rob works with a broad spectrum of clients, from start-ups and owner-managed companies to private equity-backed businesses and large corporate groups, helping them navigate complex financial challenges.

In addition, Will McMullan is a corporate audit partner based in the City office. He specialises in leading large and complex audits, often involving overseas components, under both IFRS and UK GAAP. His experience spans sectors including recruitment, consultancy and professional services, retail, outsourced service providers and construction.

The firm has also announced new director promotions: Mel Lambell in business outsourcing, Matt Earl and Jules Upton in general practice, Benjamin Ocquaye in IT assurance, Harry Dronfield in legal and Alan Booth in financial planning, recognising their exceptional leadership.
