MHA, the UK member firm of Baker Tilly International, has announced the appointment of Steve Hale as a partner in its Birmingham office.

With over three decades of commercial experience, Hale joins MHA with a wealth of expertise across assurance and financial reporting services.

Within his role he will support clients, from small owner managed businesses to large
corporations, across a range of audit and business advisory services working in a
variety of sectors including automotive, technology and manufacturing and engineering.

Hale said: “MHA’s growth and all in ambition, particularly in the Midlands region really caught my attention, as they are a firm whose vision matches my own and I’m delighted to now join them on this exciting journey.

“I’m looking forward to supporting our clients as they grow and change over time. MHA’s quality of service and personable long-term approach to how we support clients very much align with my own.”

MHA has a turnover of £180m, over 1,820 staff, 136 partners and comprises 20 offices nationwide including England, Scotland and Wales, plus a further two in Ireland and one in the Cayman Islands.
