James Cowper Kreston advises LDF on BlockBusters acquisition

James Cowper Kreston recently advised London Drainage Facilities (LDF) on its acquisition of BlockBusters Drainage and Plumbing Services (BlockBusters).

The deal marks a significant step in LDF’s growth and expansion strategy.

London Drainage Facilities is a provider of specialist drainage solutions across London and the South East. 

Meanwhile, with over 30 years of experience in the drainage and plumbing industry, BlockBusters serves both residential and commercial clients, offering a broad portfolio of drainage and plumbing solutions throughout the South East.
