Menzies LLP has announced the expansion of its Deal Advisory team with the appointment of Greg Cox to partner based in London, and Dominic Lowbridge to director working across the Solent and London offices.

The appointments come as Menzies continues to grow its advisory offering following the firm’s move to its new flagship office at 95 Gresham Street.

Cox brings significant experience in lead advisory, having advised shareholders, management teams and private equity investors on a wide range of transactions. Prior to joining Menzies, he held senior roles at FRP Advisory and Deloitte, where he built a strong track record in domestic and cross-border M&A

He specialises in advising entrepreneurial businesses across the mid-market, helping them to navigate the full deal lifecycle.

On his appointment, Cox said: “Menzies has an outstanding reputation in the market for supporting ambitious, entrepreneurial businesses. The firm’s continued investment in its advisory services and taking a partner/director-led approach to transactions made this a great fit. I look forward to working with the Deal Advisory team to help clients achieve their strategic ambitions and realise value at every stage of the deal process.”

Lowbridge joins the firm’s Solent office as a director with a focus on financial due diligence. He has spent more than a decade in corporate finance, most recently at RSM UK, and has developed a strong reputation for supporting large corporates, international clients, private equity houses and banks on transactions of up to £100m.

Lowbridge said: “I’m delighted to be joining Menzies at such an exciting time for the Deal Advisory team and the wider firm. I look forward to expanding the firm’s Deal Advisory offering and helping Menzies achieve their ambitious growth plans.

“The firm’s emphasis on quality senior led advice and building lasting client relationships really resonates with me. I look forward to supporting clients with tailored due diligence advice focused on the key issues to help them make confident, informed decisions that support their wider goals.”

Ross Wiggins, partner and head of Deal Advisory, Menzies LLP, added: “The growth of our Deal Advisory team reflects the increasing demand we’re seeing for high-quality advice across the full deal process.

“Greg and Dominic bring outstanding experience and skills that will add real strength to our Deal Advisory service offering. Their appointments, alongside our new London headquarters, mark an important milestone as we continue to grow and invest in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.”
