Quantuma advises Crossword Cybersecurity on assets sale
The group’s consulting division was sold to SysGroup, the threat intelligence tools were sold to Boxphish, the group’s dark web monitoring tools were sold to Acuity RM Group, while the SOC and managed service capabilities were sold to CyberEye Caribbean
Quantuma has advised the shareholders of AIM-listed cybersecurity company Crossword Cybersecurity on its sale of business and assets.
