Lubbock Fine appoints Rahid Rashid as partner

Lubbock Fine has announced the appointment of Rahid Rashid as its new partner.

With 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Rashid’s career includes both advisory and in-house corporate finance roles, with positions at ASOS, Cera Healthcare, and Portman Healthcare.

He has significant experience in strategy, acquisitions, divestments, and preparing businesses for exit, offering clients practical, results-driven solutions.

In addition, Rashid has deep sector expertise across industrial manufacturing and services, including aerospace, flow control, and energy, as well as healthcare sectors such as domiciliary care and dental services.

In his new role at Lubbock Fine, he will focus on helping clients navigate acquisitions and disposals, delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions that align with their long-term objectives.
