The transaction continues TC Group’s ‘successful’ M&A strategy

TC Group has announced the completion of a merger with Plymouth-based accountancy practice Bromhead to form ‘TC Bromhead’.

The transaction continues TC Group’s “successful” M&A strategy which has seen it merge with Harlands Accountants, Stokoe Rodger, Knill James, and Brooks and Partners.

TC Group is an Accountancy Age ‘Top 25’ firm with offices across the UK. Over a range of key disciplines, its joined-up approach offers clients a holistic service across their business and personal affairs.
