James Cowper Kreston has announced the appointment of Kathy Lloyd as a director in its Employment Tax team, based at the firm’s Reading office.

Lloyd joins James Cowper Kreston with extensive experience spanning the accountancy sector, including large international practices and the Big 4. She also brings a “wealth of expertise” in the employment tax service.

Prior to James Cowper Kreston, Lloyd worked for KPMG UK as a payroll project and transformation lead.

Lloyd said: “With more than 25 years of experience in employment taxes, a passion for client service and a true belief in developing tax talent for the future, I am thrilled to be leading James Cowper Kreston’s employment tax service line – where values and vision define purpose, culture and how we work every day.”

Phil Snell, partner and head of Business Tax at James Cowper Kreston, added: “Kathy is a great addition to our team. Her expertise in employment tax will be instrumental in advancing the services we provide to our clients.”
