DTE Transaction Services has announced that it has supported Innov8 Technology on its strategic acquisition of Acorn IT Solutions.
Innov8 Technology Limited is a provider of software and IT infrastructure based in Stockport, and continues to expand its market presence across the UK and into Ireland.
Acorn is a fully accredited Sage Business Partners in the UK and Ireland and will enhance Innov8’s service offerings and strengthen its position within the IT solutions market.
This acquisition marks the third collaboration between Innov8 Technology Limited and DTE Corporate Finance.
It follows the successful advisory services provided by DTE on the acquisitions of Viking Management Systems Limited in 2017 and Wharncliffe Business Systems Limited in 2022.
