BK Plus has announced the acquisition of Walker Moyle Chartered Accountants and Pooleys Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers.

Walker Moyle, with offices in Penzance, Redruth, and St. Ives joins BK Plus as the oldest practice in its portfolio, with a history dating back to 1925.

These acquisitions bring the group’s office count to six in the South West, creating a South West Hub led by Tom Tripp and Hannah Collison. This investment ensures BK Plus continues to provide the “best possible” services to clients in and around the region.

Paula Thomas, who has been a key part of Walker Moyle since 1996, said: “Joining BK Plus is the next step for our business. We share the same client ethos and values, and this partnership allows us to offer a wider range of services and expertise to our clients in Cornwall.”

David Pooley, principal at Pooleys, added: “Joining BK Plus presents immense opportunities for our firm and clients. Our shared commitment to excellence and client-focused service means we can enhance our offerings and support businesses in Truro and beyond.”

Shaun Knight, CEO of BK Plus, concluded: “We are delighted to welcome Walker Moyle and Pooleys to the BK Plus family. These acquisitions reflect our ongoing commitment to expanding our presence and bringing together firms that share our dedication to providing exceptional service. We look forward to working closely with our new colleagues to deliver outstanding results for our clients.”
