Private client tax advisor Ostberg Sinclair and Co has announced it has appointed former managing director of Frank Hirth and EY Tax partner Robyn Limmer as its new senior business advisor.

The firm said the addition of Limmer is a “significant milestone” for the firm in providing decades worth of business acumen and a deep source of knowledge with her experience in the market spanning nearly 40 years.

In her new role Limmer will support the firm in its growth as well as the staff in maximising their potential.

Ostberg Sinclair and Co was founded on the premise of being “nimble and tailoring services to clients, whilst providing a home for talented individuals who do not want to work for a large firm filled with process, and rigid promotion processes”.

It said this strategy has allowed the firm to grow to 11 staff with more hires joining over the coming months, since its founding in October 2023.

Founding partner Linus Ostberg said: “We’ve seen huge demand for our services since inception and Robyn’s depth of knowledge will support the firm in its ultimate goal of being the go to boutique firm in the US international, US/UK and UK international private client market.”

Gus Sinclair added: “Robyn’s knowledge from her stewardship of Frank Hirth as the prominent private client firm in the US/UK market and quality advisors it created will be a huge asset to OSCO, its staff and clients.”

In addition to Limmer, the firm added two more team members in the last few weeks with Adam Lamb having joined as a manager and Hardick Panchal as an associate, both in the US / UK private client tax practice.
