DJH Mitten Clarke has announced a record number of 13 senior promotions, developing the leadership pipeline across the firm’s Manchester, Walsall and Stoke-on-Trent offices.
The news comes as the accountant firm has sustained a year of continued growth, with eight acquisitions in the last 12 months.
The promotions include the appointment of director of marketing and communications, Hayley Plimley, and head of learning and development, Chris Rawlinson.
Plimley said: “Since I joined DJH Mitten Clarke in late 2020, the business has evolved in a way none of us would have ever imagined. This has provided an incredible opportunity for the whole team to grow and develop with the group, working together to deliver amazing things to both enhance our client service and create a fantastic place to work.”
James Beardmore, COO of DJH Mitten Clarke, added: “I am thrilled to see so many of the team from across different departments continue to develop and grow their career. At DJH Mitten Clarke, we encourage ambition, and it is essential that opportunities are created for both learning and progression.
“Our team works incredibly hard, and it’s important to make sure achievements are recognised and celebrated. I’d like to congratulate each and every one of them as they take the next step in their careers and thank them for their hard work and dedication.”
