DJH Mitten Clarke has announced that it has partnered with HR consultancy firm Innov8 Human Resources.

The strategic move comes as part of Innov8 HR’s ongoing commitment to support some of the UK’s leading brands.

By combining their expertise, DJH Mitten Clarke said it will offer “comprehensive people advice” that addresses the evolving needs of businesses.

Rochelle Murinas, managing director of Innov8 HR, said: “We’re excited to partner with DJH Mitten Clarke, who like us are relationship-focused and have a forward-thinking approach to their clients.

“The collaboration combines our HR expertise with their financial knowledge, ensuring that we are able to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Together, we can support businesses to build strong foundations that encourage growth, productivity, and employee wellbeing, creating the perfect environment for businesses to thrive.”

Scott Heath, CEO of DJH Mitten Clarke, added: “We’re thrilled to join forces with Innov8 Human Resources. This partnership allows us to further extend the services we offer to our clients, enabling us to meet the rising demand for HR support from clients across the UK. By aligning our strengths, we can further solidify our promise to provide tailored solutions that empower businesses to succeed.”

The news follows DJH Mitten Clarke’s announcement of a hat-trick of acquisitions in October 2023.

The firm acquired Huddersfield’s Revell Ward, Nantwich’s Lyon Griffiths and Haine Watts Altrincham and partnered with Bury’s DTE Business Advisers.
