TC Group has announced that it has merged with BSG Valentine to create TC BSG Valentine.

BSG Valentine will gain the support of TC Group’s national and international network allowing the company to expand its service offering to clients.

The transaction is part of a long term M&A strategy from TC Group and follows its acquisition of Fortus Midlands and Fortus East in July.

The partners at BSG Valentine said: “We are delighted with the opportunity to join the TC group. Having been an independent firm for over 35 years, any change needed to accommodate the ethos we have established of personalised and proactive service and advice.

“Our new relationship with the TC Group allows us the freedom to continue with our identity intact, but we will now have the resources and support to build upon our existing offering and to implement new technologies and services to support our clients needs. TC Group’s excellent reputation and standing in the professional community is well known, and we plan to contribute to this being enhanced even further in the future.”

Richard Keyes, TC Group CEO, added: “BSG Valentine has a well-established reputation in London and beyond. BSG Valentine joining TC Group significantly strengthens our London operation and our ability to serve clients across the Capital. It specifically reflects our goal of seeking like-minded firms with whom to join forces and grow.”

TC Group was introduced and advised on the deal by WJP Brokerage Limited.
