Cooper Parry promotes two to partner roles

Cooper Parry has announced the promotion of Carolyn Pears in finance and Salvatore Mingoia in origination to partner for their “outstanding impact” on the firm.
This comes as Pears and Mingoia were part of a 13-person cohort promoted to associate partner roles within the firm earlier in April.
Pears joined the firm from Benoy as a finance director back in September 2018. Since then, she has led a large part of the firm’s finance team and has supported its strategic and growth ambitions, with “crucial” financial guidance and control.
Meanwhile, Mingoia became head of the firm’s new business development after making the switch from Grant Thornton in July 2021. In that time, he’s formed and led an origination team that has played a key role in its strong organic growth, going out to the market and winning a long list of new business.
Ade Cheatham, CEO of Cooper Parry, said: “We’ve always been focussed on nurturing the talent we have within Cooper Parry. As a result, I’m proud to say we have some of the best in the business here.
“Carolyn and Sal have added huge value to our business since they joined. They live, breathe and teach our values. They lead by example. And I’m so excited to welcome them to a partner line-up that keeps going from strength to strength.”
This year, more than 210 people will be joining Cooper Parry, while 78 others have already received promotions.
The firm is targeting five-fold growth over the next five years and looking to complete more acquisition deals.
