ReSolve appointed administrators of Lesko Park

ReSolve, the leading boutique business advisory practice, has announced that partners Ben Woodthorpe and Mark Supperstone were appointed joint administrators to Lesko Park and Leisure Homes Limited on 4 May 2023.

Lesko is a leading manufacturer of luxury park lodges and leisure homes based in Peterborough. The company experienced very difficult trading conditions in recent months due to a dramatic reduction in demand for park homes, following a period of heightened demand during the pandemic.

After careful deliberation, there was no alternative but to place the company into administration. The joint administrators are exploring all options for a sale of the business assets including work in progress.

Ben Woodthorpe, partner at ReSolve, said: “Changing patterns of consumer demand are impacting many businesses across the board currently and, sadly, Lesko has fallen victim to this trend. The ReSolve team is now working to find a viable solution for the business assets.”
