Haysmacintyre has announced the promotion of Danielle Ford, Jake Pearlman, Jane Askew and Mark Baycroft to partner, effective from 1 April 2023.

Ford is a specialist in tax disputes and resolutions and has over 20 years of experience advising businesses and individuals on tax affairs and is currently head of the Tax Disputes and Resolutions team.

Pearlman trained and qualified at Haysmacintyre and has developed specialist expertise and a strong client base within the property sector. He co-leads the firm’s property team and has led a number of high-value deals on IPSX.

Askew first joined the company as a graduate trainee in the audit department in 2008, and then qualified in 2011 and has since specialised in the not for profit sector she is currently the head of the Arts and Culture team.

Lastly, Baycroft specialises in building out the tax technical team, offering specialist advisory services and advice to owner managed businesses and their shareholders and directors.
