Eight Advisory, an independent advisory firm specialising in transactions, restructuring and business transformation, has appointed Marta Marczak as its first Global Marketing and Communications director.
In her new role, Marczak will report to partner Tom De Troyer and lead the growth of Eight Advisory’s brand in new and established markets through digital marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement and business development.
Her appointment is said to reflect the firm’s “increasingly global ambitions” and the “rapid growth” in cross-border transaction business and client support requirements through Eight Advisory’s worldwide partners.
She will also continue to play an active role in building the profile of Eight International, a global advisory organisation founded by local consultancies, including Eight Advisory, across 30 countries.
Marczak first joined Eight International in 2019 and since 2021 has led marketing and communications in support of its network of European offices.
Prior to joining Eight International and Eight Advisory, she worked as a consultant leading transaction and advisory communications projects for a range of private equity funds. She has also provided marketing and communications advice at C-Suite level to various financial, investment, healthcare, and media corporates, including Warner Bros Discovery and Affidea.
