Winston and Strawn appoints new restructuring partner
He is known for his work on Abraaj, Lehmans, Peking University Finance Group, and other significant cross-jurisdictional matters
Winston and Strawn has announced the appointment of Paul Fleming as corporate restructuring partner.
Fleming will head up the restructuring and insolvency practice at its London office. The firm has also announced plans to expand its restructuring team in its London office.
He has more than 25 years of experience in advising creditors and insolvency practitioners on complex domestic and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies. He is also a licensed insolvency practitioner and a member of both R3 and INSOL.
He is known for his work on Abraaj, Lehmans, Peking University Finance Group, and other significant cross-jurisdictional matters.
