Sedulo Group, the investment and business advisory firm, has reported record annual revenues of £13.5m for the year ending October 2022, an increase of 28% from the previous 12 months.

Sedulo, which has offices in London, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, employs more than 175 staff and offer services in accountancy, taxation, business consultancy, forensic accounting, financial planning, IT consultancy and mergers and acquisitions.

Over the last year, Sedulo’s wealth management team has grown its assets under management from £37m to £250m while the funding division brokered more than 800 deals to finance growing businesses.

Sedulo recently appointed a National head of Tax, head of Audit and head of Civil Forensics in order to facilitate further national growth in 2023.

Sedulo also facilitated the distribution of 10,000 Christmas presents to children in poverty, along with 26,000 home-schooling items and £25,000 worth of Nando’s gift vouchers for kids to access hot meals during the summer holidays.

In a statement, Sedulo Group founder Paul Cheetham-Karcz, said: “We are delighted to complete our 13th year in business with the 13th consecutive year of double-digit sales growth. In 2019, we had a turnover of £6.5m and a plan to double in size. We have now completed that goal and are already looking to the next stage with a strategy to double again by 2026.

“A lot of this will be based around organic growth while Sedulo launches new consultancy services outside of finance, adding major acquisitions within our wealth management arm. We are also committed to launching our own Sedulo Foundation in 2023 to formalise the incredible work we do in our communities. I would like to thank our clients for their support, and the team for their continued dedication. There are exciting times ahead for Sedulo.”
