Beever & Struthers names new corporate and insolvency head
The news follows the announcement of MacMillan’s retirement after 14 years and co-founding the team with Henshaw in 2008 having specialised in corporate recovery and insolvency himself since 1980.
Beever and Struthers has announced Fran Henshaw will replace Charles MacMillan as head of corporate recovery and insolvency.
